You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistan contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and entitles at777 to immediately close your Account and forfeit any balance.
Each Player may hold only one (1) at777 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. at777 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate all associated balances where this policy is found to have been violated.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your at777 login credentials (email address and password). You must not disclose your login details to any third party.
4.2 at777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact at777 support at [email protected] immediately.
4.3 You must notify at777 promptly of any changes to your registered contact details, including email address, phone number, and payment method information.
4.4 at777 reserves the right to suspend or place additional verification requirements on any Account displaying unusual activity, including but not limited to: abnormal betting patterns, suspected bonus abuse, suspected account takeover, or suspected money laundering activity.
5.1 at777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL IBFT, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods are displayed in the Deposit section of your at777 Account dashboard.
5.2 Minimum deposit amounts are: PKR 500 via Easypaisa or JazzCash; PKR 2,000 via bank transfer (IBFT); approximately USD 10 equivalent via USDT TRC20. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.3 at777 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor are your responsibility.
5.4 You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. at777 prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Deposits traced to accounts not belonging to the registered Player will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.5 at777 is not responsible for failed or delayed deposits caused by technical issues on the side of the payment provider. In the event a deposit is debited from your payment method but not credited to your at777 Account, you must contact support with the transaction reference number within 48 hours.
6.1 Withdrawals from your at777 Account are subject to the successful completion of KYC identity verification. Required KYC documents include a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and a recent selfie. Documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. at777 may require additional verification if a withdrawal to a different method is requested.
6.3 Indicative processing times following approval: Easypaisa/JazzCash — 1 to 24 hours; Bank transfer (IBFT) — 24 to 48 hours; USDT TRC20 — approximately 30 minutes. These are estimates; actual times may vary.
6.4 Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 or currency equivalent. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
6.5 at777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of security or compliance reviews where at777 reasonably suspects irregular activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
7.1 at777 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to separate bonus terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
7.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus play will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
7.3 at777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means, including the creation of multiple Accounts, will be forfeited and the relevant Account may be closed.
7.4 Only one active bonus may be held per at777 Account at any time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
8.1 All sports bets placed on at777 are subject to the specific sport and market rules published on the platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and specific market rules, the specific market rules shall prevail.
8.2 Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, that bet is binding and cannot be cancelled, except where at777 exercises its rights under Clauses 8.3 or 8.4 below.
8.3 at777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error due to a technical malfunction or human error ("palpable error"). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account without interest.
8.4 In the event of an event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, applicable settlement rules specific to the sport and market type will govern the outcome of open bets. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
8.5 at777 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any bet at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
9.1 at777's casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, crash games, and arcade titles — are provided by third-party software providers. Each game is governed by the specific rules displayed within the game interface.
9.2 All RNG-based games at at777 use independently audited random number generation engines. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate to the figures certified by the software provider's independent auditor.
9.3 In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game session that renders the outcome indeterminate, the affected game round will be voided and the stake returned. at777 is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the Player's side.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the at777 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 12.2 at777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, data loss, or service interruptions beyond at777's reasonable control.
12.3 at777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's at777 Account at the time the claim arises.
